SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of client accounts across fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle sectors

  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, creators, influencers, industry experts and brand partners

  • Proactively secure high-quality media, influencer and partnership opportunities for clients

  • Draft press releases, media alerts, briefing documents, award entries and client reports

  • Manage press office activity including media outreach, sample trafficking, press requests and coverage tracking

  • Support the planning and delivery of launches, events, partnerships, press trips and brand experiences

  • Maintain and develop media, influencer and stakeholder databases, identifying new opportunities and emerging talent

  • Monitor cultural trends, industry developments and media conversations to inform client strategy and creative thinking

  • Contribute to creative brainstorms

  • Support account reporting, evaluation and performance analysis against client objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Previous PR agency experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or wellness

  • Strong media relations skills and a genuine interest in the evolving communications landscape

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EVENTS & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

QUARTZ is looking for an Events & Production Assistant to join our growing Events team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in events, brand experiences and production, working across a portfolio of fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands. You'll work closely with senior team members to help deliver everything from intimate press breakfasts and influencer experiences to large-scale launches, partnerships and VIP events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of brand events, press launches, influencer experiences, partnerships and VIP activations

  • Assist with venue sourcing, supplier research and event logistics across multiple projects

  • Coordinate guest lists, RSVP management, attendee communications, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings

  • Maintain project documents including critical paths, run sheets, guest lists and production timelines

  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and event partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time

  • Support the creation and production of event materials including invitations, menus, signage, gifting, place cards, name badges and branded collateral

  • Assist with influencer, media and VIP gifting programmes, including sourcing, packing, fulfilment and delivery logistics

  • Conduct research into venues, suppliers, talent, entertainment and emerging trends

  • Support budget tracking, expense management and supplier invoicing

  • Attend events and activations on-site, assisting with set-up, guest management and pack down

  • Build and maintain venue, supplier, talent and partner databases

  • Support post-event reporting, image management and project wrap-up documentation
