QUARTZ CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR
We’re looking for a strategic, proactive and highly connected Client Partnerships Director to join the QUARTZ senior team. We are looking for a unique individual who thrives on building relationships, driving ideas forward and turning conversations into commercial outcomes. This individual will be at a senior, client-facing level, supporting key conversations on behalf of the QUARTZ client roster, identifying growth opportunities for both the agency and clients, and ensuring every meeting reinforces QUARTZ’s reputation for excellence..
This is a full-time, London-based role.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading client relationships with clarity, confidence and commercial thinking
Identifying growth opportunities and proactively bringing ideas, collaborators and partnerships to clients
End-to-end project oversight, from concept to delivery to measurable results
Supporting new business, pitches, and agency growth initiatives
Skills we are looking for:
5+ years in PR, brand partnerships, marketing, or sales roles
A natural networker with strong industry relationships, and an established senior network of brand contacts
Commercially minded, solutions-focused and decisive
Confident presenter and communicator
Warm, approachable and nurturing, and a trusted mentor to the junior team
QUARTZ SPECIAL PROJECTS & EVENT PRODUCER
We’re looking for a smart, creative and proactive Special Projects & Event Producer to join the QUARTZ team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-growth, high-energy agency working across beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, and tech. Previous agency or events experience is essential. As our Special Projects & Event Producer, you’ll be part of the QUARTZ Creates team, helping to bring activations and events to life, lead best-in-class event execution, manage client and supplier relationships along with production timelines, to ensure our clients and VIP guests feel inspired.
This is a full-time, London-based role.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end event ideation, planning and on-site management
Producing budgets, timelines, run-sheets and supplier coordination
Delivering a range of VIP events, special projects, consumer pop-ups, gifting programmes, and brand activations
Skills we are looking for:
2-5 years experience in events, experiential, production or brand activations
Exceptionally organised with strong communication and supplier management skills
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and elevated brand experience
Ability to manage junior team members
Proficient with budgeting and negotiating
